1978 Hess Fuel Oil Tanker

Description

While nearly identical to the 1977 toy, the font or logotype on decal placed on the back of the oil tanker is wider and bolder.  There was also more chrome accents on this truck than the prior year. Another unique feature is that Woodbridge was misspelled on the box. There were 600,000 of these toys made for the 1978 holiday season.

Please note that batteries not included.  Toy carton will show normal shelf wear and may have minor dents, stains, and tears yet overall structure of carton solid.

DETAILS: Complete with all packing and battery cards. Battery compartment clean. Top and bottom inserts present. Bottom of box shows minor stains and wear, overall condition very good.
