Hess 1993 Patrol Car For Parts Only

This is a non-working 1993 Hess Patrol car for parts only. Unlike the stock photo, this toy is worn. It is an ugly duckling and is not collectible. But, spare parts galore!  Toy does not work, chrome shows wear, but all parts present, including battery door, tires, red & blue lights, bumpers, and exterior plastic hull in tact. USPS will make more on this than we do! Deeply discounted and priced below what it costs for replacement tires (which come with this toy!).
