The bright red 1999 Hess Fire Truck pays tribute to the full-sized Hess Fire Truck and Bank that the company released during the 1986 Holiday Season.  The 1999 Hess Mini version features lights and the big ladder on the back, similar to the 1986 full-size fire truck.
