Jackie’s Hess Toy Store is an independent retailer of Hess Toy Trucks and is not affiliated with Amerada Hess, Hess Oil, or Hess Corporation. We stock both vintage and new Hess Toy Trucks and ship to all 50 States.

Return Policy: Every Hess Toy that we sell is opened, tested and inspected before we ship it to you. If you are buying a rare vintage Hess Truck, we will often post additional photos so you can review them to ensure that the toy will meet your expectations. Once you complete your purchase, your order is carefully packed and shipped to you with a tracking number.  It is your responsibility to inspect your item within 48 hours after it is delivered to ensure that it is acceptable and is as advertised. Returns are only accepted 48 hours after your item is delivered and only if the toy is defective. Any other customer initiated returns during this 48 hour period  require a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Cancellation Fee:  You can cancel your order as long as it is within 24 hours after submitting payment. Once 24 hours have passed we take action to process your order (shipping and handling) so that we can ship it to you as soon as possible.  There is a 20% restocking fee because of order processing time that includes pulling your order, packing, documenting,  and setting up your FedEx or USPS shipping arrangements.  Cancellations are prohibited once your order has shipped.  Returns require a RMA Authorization number (RMA). You are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.  Refunds are only issued once the items are received back in new condition so that items can be returned to inventory. You will be refunded your purchase price less original shipping costs and the restocking fee.  If the item does not pass inspection the item will be returned to you and the refund denied.  Federal Law applies to any fraudulent activity regarding merchandise tampering through either the United States Postal Service or Federally regulated Interstate Carriers.  Merchandise authenticity is traced using RFID WireTrack® technology.

Vintage Hess Toys:  Please note that many of these toys are 10, 20, or 30 years old and while the toys are considered new the boxes may show some signs of aging, blemishes, or discoloration.  Please ask questions before ordering if you have any concerns regarding the condition of any of our vintage toys. High value toys will be documented with photos and placed a special page for your review and approval before we ship your item.

International Shipping is available for select countries. A flat international rate is set in the shopping cart. We will notify you if there are any additional charges or discounts when shipping to your country and will issue an invoice or credit as conditions merit. Canadian and EU customers will be responsible for applicable VAT taxes.

HESS-RFID WireTrack LicenseOur Genuine Jackie’s Hess Toy Truck Guarantee: For your protection we guarantee all of our toys to be genuine Hess Toy Trucks.  We license and use RFID WireTrack® on every toy we ship. This has been referred to as ‘the retailer’s DNA identification for each item they inventory,’ among electronics retailers. It stops counterfeiters or fraudulent switching of electronics and toys through this unique identification system that is 100% accurate. This proprietary system allows us to scan each toy with the RFID WireTrack® Technology to ensure it is an authentic Hess Truck from our inventory. Every return Hess Toy is scanned to validate origin from our inventory. If you ever buy a ‘restocked’ item or ‘open box’ toy from us you can rest assured that it has been scanned and verified as sourcing from our original inventory, and is in fact, a genuine Hess Toy Truck.

All toys are carefully inspected and lights and sounds tested before shipping.  We pack all Hess Toy Trucks and parts in packaging that exceeds USPS requirements. All return toys must be in new condition with all parts, inserts, and original items in new condition.  You must obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) citing your order number and date of order prior to returning a toy for a refund.  Refunds are issued within 3 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned item.

New Toy Defects:  If you purchase a new Hess Toy for the current year and note any defects, contact the Hess Corporation directly for instructions on repair or replacement. Deadline for reporting and resolving these defect issues is January 31.
