1997 Hess Toy Truck and Racers

The 1997 Hess Toy Truck and Racers marked another first for the series, featuring 3 toys in one package. Two racers were enclosed in the lighted tractor-trailer unit, which has a rear-locking door with a pull-down loading ramp. The tractor and trailer have working lights and the 2 push-friction motor racecars also have working headlights and taillights. One racer is green with a white stripe and the other is white with a green stripe. Hess manufactured 1,600,000 of these toys.
