1967 Hess Truck

The 1967 Hess Tanker Truck is also known as the “Red Velvet Box” truck because of it’s dramatic red velvet display base used that year. The color scheme for this 18-wheeler oil tanker truck was dark green with yellow and white accents. It also had several Hess decals on the trailer and tractor doors and featured a removable hose and working lights on the tractor and trailer units.  The box had “Perth Amboy” printed on it. Only 300,000 of these trucks were manufactured making this another rare collectible.
